- I've been feeling under the weather for a few days now...with runny nose and chills, I think I've caught a cold.
　這幾天身體不太舒服，流鼻水又覺得發冷，好像感冒了。

- He left early today, he said he was feeling under the weather.
　他今天已經先回去了，說他身體不太舒服。

"under the weather" 是一個慣用語，意思是「身體不舒服」。常用在剛開始感冒的時候。
如果已經明顯生病，通常會說 "I'm sick." 或 "I have a cold."。

- I think I'll skip the next class, I'm not feeling well.
　我下一堂課要請假，因為身體不舒服。

"under the weather" 字面上有因天氣或季節變化而身體不適、感冒的感覺，
而 "not feeling well" 則比較常用於各種身體不適的情況。
