effect = 效果、影響
effective = 有效的

affect = 影響、對……發生作用
這個字有動詞 effect 的意思，
但在談論藥物或其他事物是否有效時，
使用【work】會更自然◎

例）The medicine worked well. I got well as soon as I took it.
