「強迫」的英文可以用 force 或 pressure。

Stop forcing him. He should decide whether to do it or not.
（別再強迫他了。要不要做應該由他來決定。）

I won't pressure you. But I think this matter is a big chance for you.
（我不會逼你。不過我認為這件事對你來說是個很好的機會。）
