「不流利」的英文可以用 halting 表達。

When I see a foreigner who speaks in halting Japanese, I wonder if my English is like this, so I feel tempted to support the foreigner.
「當我看到一個外國人講日語不流利時，我就會想我的英文是不是也是這樣，所以我覺得我很想幫助這個外國人。」
