rash 的意思是疹子、皮疹，而也可以用於形容大量、一連串的事情。
ex. heat rash=汗疹。

ex. 我們必須阻止一連串的罷工。
We have to stop a rash of strikes.

a rash of～ 表示一連串的，
strike 表示罷工。

ex. 早上醒來時，出現了像疹子一樣的蕁麻疹。
When I woke up in the morning, I had urticaria like a rash.
urticaria 是蕁麻疹。
