「我感到內疚」可以說 I felt guilty！

guilty 這個單字本身有「罪惡」的意思，搭配 feel 使用時，能表達「內疚、愧疚」的感受。

I blew off my school yesterday and then 我昨天請假了，然後
I told my friend that 'Can I see your notebook ??' 我跟我的朋友說：「我可以看看你的筆記本嗎？
I just copied it.... felt so guilty at that time ... 我只是抄襲....，當時覺得很內疚 ...
