「比起這個」可以用英語的 than that 或 aside from that 來表達。
如果要加強了"有更重要的事情"的感覺，我也會推薦使用 more importantly 。

Rather than that, I have to prepare materials for next week's business negotiations with our business partners.
（比起這個，我必須為下週與業務合作夥伴的業務洽談準備資料。）
