我正計畫出去玩，但我開始沒了出門的慾望，所以我想說：「我沒心情去了。」

・I lost motivation.
・I'm not interested in/excited anymore.
・I don't wanna do ... anymore.

【I lost motivation. 】
我沒動力了＝我沒心情

motivation = 動機、動機、誘因

【I'm not interested in anymore. 】
我不再感興趣了。

也可以把 interested in 替換成 excited
I'm not excited anymore. 我不再感到興奮＝沒興趣

也可以這樣說：
【I don't wanna do ... anymore. 】
我不想再做...了。（這說法有點直接）

另外還有：
【I'm out. 】我退出
