「這個時間不方便嗎？」的英文可以說
Is this time inconvenient for you? 或
Is this time a bad time for you?。

Excuse me, is this time inconvenient for you?
（不好意思，這個時間對你來說不方便嗎？）

I have time tomorrow afternoon, by the way, is this time a bad time for you?
（我明天下午有空，對了，這個時間對你不方便嗎？）
※※如果想表達「～是個好時間嗎？」可以使用 good time。
