難產可以用 difficult delivery/dystocia 表達。

delivery 有"運送、投遞；出生、分娩" 的意思，所以 difficult delivery（困難的分娩）＝難產。

It was quite a difficult delivery, as it took 23 hours to deliver the baby.
（這次分娩花了23小時才生下嬰兒，所以算是相當的難產。）

I can't express in words how I felt when I overcame dystocia to have my own child.
（我無法用言語形容，克服難產後擁有自己孩子時的心情。）
