・announce

state 是"（正式地）陳述、說明、聲明"的意思。

New Year's Day is the day we state our goals for the year.
「元旦是我們陳述年度目標的一天。」

announce 是指"宣布、發布、通告"的意思。

Our company is going to announce a new strategy next week.
「我們公司下週將宣布新策略。」
