不過，我認為 Irregular periods 更為常用。
雖然 "menstruation" 是「月經」的意思，但是口語使用顯得比較正式。

「Irregular periods」
「Periods」代表月經。
「經期不順」指原本應該規律的生理變得不規律。
因此，將 "irregular" 加在 "period" 前面，就是「經期不順」的意思。

Ex)
・I have irregular periods.
・My periods are irregular.
（我經期不順。）
※由於月經是定期現象，所以英文要用複數形式表達。
