（我們的）感情已到了轉變/結束的時機點。
Now is the time for us to change/end our relationship.
Now is the time for A to ～ ＝現在是A做某事的時機。

☆It's time for a change. = 是改變的時候了。
It's time for/to ＝ ～的時間到了

例如：現在是決定結婚的時候了。
Now is the time to decide to get married.
get married (to) / marry 人 = 和某人結婚
※get married 中的 married 是形容詞，若後面接人，需加 to，變成 get married to 人。
