"ready"是「準備好的」的意思。
根據不同情況，「我準備好了」也可以等同於「我已經有心理準備」的意思。

例句
When the doctor called with my test results, I was nervous, but I'm ready to hear whatever the news is.
醫生打電話告知我檢查結果時，雖然我很緊張，但是不管是什麼消息，我都已經有心理準備了。

2. I'm prepared
"prepared"有「有準備的」的意思。這裡的"prepared"帶有心理準備的含義。你也可以加上"mentally"，來表示「心裡上已經準備好了」。
