Since one of my juniors who I don't think is able is always full of confidence, I would like to say, " He is a rather self-confident person."

「自信家」還可以說
"a self-assured person" 或
"a person who has great confidence in himself or herself " 。

另外，除了上述的回答例外，
也可以說 "He has plenty of confidence in himself."。
