當想要提醒不可以太過勉強的時候，用英文可以說
can't work too hard 或
don't push oneself too hard 等等來表達。

I'm old and my physical strength is lower than when I was young, so I can't work too hard.
（因為我老了，體力不如年輕的時候了，所以不能過度勞累。）
※ physical strength（體力）

I'll allow you to resume practice, but your injuries haven't fully healed yet, so don't push yourself too hard.
（我會允許你恢復練習，但是你的傷還沒完全好，所以不要太勉強自己。）
※ resume（重新開始、繼續；恢復；重返）
