・② There will be one more person coming later.

①、② 這兩句都是相同的語意。
除此之外，還可以說「There will be one more joining us later.」、
「There will be another person joining us after awhile.」等。

「There will be...」這裡是比較禮貌的說法，
「There is another person coming.」、「There is one more person coming later.」，改成「There is...」也沒問題。

可以依照餐廳的氛圍等，稍微變換說法哦?
