1 evict
「evict」的意思是「讓某人離開」、「強制遷離」、「趕走」。
指的是以合法手段，讓住戶離開土地或建築物。

例句
I was evicted by my landlord for non-payment of rent.
（我因為沒有繳房租被房東趕走了。）

2 move out
表達主動做這動作時，意思為「搬出去」。
若是被驅趕才搬離的話，意思則轉變為「使～搬走」。

例句
I was moved out of my apartment because I couldn’t pay the rent.
（我因為付不起房租而被趕出公寓。）

3 leave
「leave」除了有「離開～」或「離去～」的意思外，也可以用於「從～搬走」的語意。

例句
I was ordered to leave the house at once as I didn’t pay the rent.
（我被命令立刻離開房子，因為我沒有付房租。）

4 clear out
「clear out」可以用來表示「搬離」、「離開」、「出去」等意思。如果加上「of」，就變成「從～搬走」。

例句
The landlord told me to clear out of the apartment if I would not pay the rent.
（房東告訴我，如果我不付房租，就必須搬出公寓。）
