壽命減短可以說 shorten my life。
shorten 是「使變短；縮短」，除了"shorten"之外，
還可以用"cut"或"shave"。

例句：
開車時差點迎面撞車，「我的生命瞬間減短了」。
I almost had a head-on collision while driving, which momentarily shortened my life.

"momentarily"是「片刻；短暫地、臨時地」的意思。
