這是在商務場合常常出現的一句話。
尤其是在正式場合，英文也有許多像這樣委婉表達的句子。

▼We are sorry to have to inform you that 〜
「我們很遺憾告知您＋(that 之後接要傳達的事情）」
「期望」的動詞可以用 fulfill/meet/satisfy 等。that之後加上「沒辦法達到期望」。

此外，在正式的句子，盡量避免使用縮寫（例如 can't），這樣會給人留下更好的印象。
