「果然是這樣」可以用 I knew it/as I expected 來表現。

I knew it 是"我已經知道了、我就知道"
as I expected是"正如我所料"＝有果然是這樣的語意。

I went to that popular and famous bakery yesterday and they were already sold out.
I knew it.
