皮膚下垂，可以用 sag 表達。

sag有 "下垂、下陷、因老化或疲憊而變形"的意思。

My face in the mirror is not the same as it was in my 20s, and my skin is sagging.
（鏡子裡的我已經不是 20 多歲時的樣子，皮膚也開始鬆弛。）

I'm concerned about my sagging skin, so I'm going to do some facial exercises.
