- When your boss is talking, you should listen intently.
　當你的主管在說話時，你應該專心聆聽。

- You should show your (sincere) interest when your boss is talking.
當你的主管在說話時，你應該表現出你的（真誠的）興趣。

對下屬提出意見時，若是以「不用心就做不到」為前提的話，會使用"You should" ，也使用"You'd better"也可以。
