如果需要強調「足部按摩」，可以使用foot reflexology，但 foot massage 使用頻率更高。

go to a foot massage: 去腳底按摩，
get a foot massage: 去接受足底按摩，
get a foot massage: 接受足底按摩。

如果需要指定時間，可以說「a 60 minute foot massage / a one-hour foot massage」，注意這裡 foot massage 作為名詞片語，前面要加「a」。
