can't help doing 或 can't stop doing 可以用來表達「無法控制做某事」。
When I'm hungry, I can't help eating potato chips.
（當我餓的時候，我無法控制自己吃薯片。）
Even though the doctor stopped me, I can't stop drinking.
（儘管我的醫生告訴我不要喝酒，但我終究還是喝酒了。）
