「Sorry to bother you again.」直翻就是「很抱歉再次打擾您。」，也能用於「多次打擾非常抱歉」的情況。

不是again，而是一遍又一遍的話，可以換成「Sorry to bother you over and over.」。如果你想更有禮貌一點，可以使用「I am sorry to ~」，將「I am」加進去句子。

「Apologies for my continuous contacts. 很抱歉多次聯絡您。」這個表達方式稍微正式，但是可以用在商業場合上。
