1. 「比賽」確實有多種表達方式，(have a game / play a game 等。) 但在這個情況下，是和學校的朋友比較數學測驗的分數，傳達「看看誰能得到更高的分數」的意思，可能更合適。。

"score" 是名詞，表示「得點、成績、點數」

使用名詞 score可以用"get the highest score" 來表示「得到最高的分數」

- Let's see who gets the highest score on the math test.
讓我們看看在數學測驗中誰能得到最高的分數！！

2. 　同樣使用 "score" 這個詞，但這次作為動詞使用，表示「得點」

　"score high" 這個片語常用來表示「取得高分」。
