頑皮在英語中是「naughty」。

或者也可以說「mischievous」（淘氣的）。

例如：
「My sons are very mischievous and I alway get tired when I play with them」
（我的孩子們很淘氣，和他們玩耍時我總是感到疲倦。）

順便說一下，「mischievous」和「naughty」可以互換使用，
My sons are very naughty and 也是可以的。
