台灣人在國中和高中努力學習六年英語，所以我想說：「我實際上說不好，但理論上我應該能說。」

「理論上」在英語中可以用theoretically或in theory等表達。

Taiwanese people study English well for 6 years in junior high and high school, so they don’t actually speak it well, but theoretically they should be able to.
