我認為「說漂亮的話」這個表達有幾種模式。

- hypocritical / hypocrite → 虛偽/偽君子：當你所說和所做的不同時。

- He's an ultimate hypocrite.
　他是個徹頭徹尾的偽君子。

- unrealistic → 不切實際 → 不切實際：例如，當你知道你不能照你所說的去做。

- His plan sounds great but unrealistic.
　他的計劃聽起來不錯，但不切實際。

　 "ideal: 理想" → 大多數情況下，基本上就是一個很困難的前提。
- That is ideal, but hard to achieve.
　這是理想的，但很難實現。

- superficial /shallow →心靈表面、淺層、深層思考、浮動人格

- He's fun to be with, but so superficial that I cannot be true friends with him.
　和他在一起很有趣，但他太膚淺了，我無法和他成為真正的朋友。。
