I want to train my trunks with Pilates.
trunk=代表「幹、主要部分、身體軀幹」。

ex. Yoga and Pilates are popular with many women.
（瑜伽和彼拉提斯在許多女性中很受歡迎。）又如，

ex. swimming is a good exercise to train my trnks.
（游泳是鍛煉身體軀幹的好運動。）

ex. train the core of my body.
（鍛煉身體軀幹。）
