「沒意義」的說法其實非常多。

光是「It is 形容詞 to」這個句型，就有很多形容詞可以選擇。
senseless
pointless
meaningless
worthless
useless
等等。

還有很多其他的說法(^^)
「It is no use 動名詞」「There is no point in 動名詞」「There is no use in 動名詞」

最後，如果要表達提問者的心情，我想我會使用if子句，這裡介紹幾個例句給你參考：
Even if you start to speed up, this makes no sense.
