不知不覺時東西就不見了。英語的「不知不覺」要怎麼說？

know = 知道，熟悉，了解
realize = 意識到
notice = 注意到

【without knowing / noticing / realizing it 】
～沒有注意到＝沒有意識到

範例）Without noticing it, I ate them all.
　　我在不知不覺中把它全吃完了。

【I didn't know / realize / notice that 】
～我不知道＝沒有發現到

範例）I didn't realize that I lost my key.
　　我沒有發現到鑰匙丟了。

【before I knew / realized / noticed 】
在～注意到之前 = 不知不覺中

範例）I got infected before I knew it.
　　我在不知不覺中就被感染了。
