following是「追隨者」
the crowd是「人群」的意思
沒有自己的主見，看到有名的就盲目追隨
別人的觀點的人。
也就是所謂的跟風仔。

舉例說明

（意思：她都是隨波逐流，所以我不確定她真正喜歡什麼樣的音樂）
