Though I'm in the worst condition of my life, I finally feel hope for the future.

hope for the future = 未來的希望
the worst condition = 最糟糕的狀態
finally = 終於

ex. 人生中找不到希望而選擇自殺的人很多。
There are many people who commit suicide without finding hope in life.
commit suicide = 自殺
