・conflict of interest

所謂「conflict of interest」,指的是一個人有多個角色或職位，
他們之間存在利益或義務競爭的情況。

「conflict」有「衝突，分歧」的意思。

如果你聲稱自己沒有利益關係，請以否定形式使用該片語。

　▼There is no conflict of interest between us and either of the trading partners.
　　我們與任何業務夥伴都沒有利益關係。

除此之外，還有「vested interest」這樣的表達方式。
