Duty 和 Tariff 這兩個單字在英文中都是關稅的意思，基本上不管是使用哪個同樣都是表達「關稅」的意思。
※Duty 是關於進口關稅・Tariff 是進出口，不管說哪種關稅都OK，所以没有太大的區別。
