feel uncomfortable with = 對...感到不舒適
be sensitive about = 對...敏感、介意
colleague = 同事

ex. 新的後輩經常抱怨，所以很難打交道。
It's hard to do because the new junior complains a lot.
junior = 後輩
complain = 抱怨、訴苦
