・You should throw your trash in the trash can.

「請把垃圾丟進垃圾桶。」可以像上面這樣表達。

should 是一個助動詞，有「最好～」「應該～」「應該會～」等意思，但也可以用在比較隨意的語氣上，像是「去～吧」「一起～吧」等。另外，trash 是指「垃圾」「廢棄物」等意思的名詞，但不會用來指「廚餘」。
※順帶一提，運動選手在比賽中或記者會上對對手說的「挑釁性發言」或「侮辱性發言」就叫做 trash talk。

What the hell are you doing? You should throw your trash in the trash can.
