hand over 是「交給、遞交」的意思，document 是「文件」的意思。boss 是「上司」。

例）
Would you please hand over the documents to our boss?
可以請你把這份文件交給我們的上司嗎？

2. Please give the documents to the manager.
請把文件交給經理。

give 是「給、交給」的意思，give 物 to 人是「把東西給某人」的意思。manager 是「經理」，在中文裡也常用來指上司。
