「讓你擔心了」

如果換成「讓你擔心了，真的很抱歉」，會更容易翻譯成英文。
當向別人道歉時，使用「I’m sorry」，但在後面加上 for，可以明確表示你想為什麼事情道歉。
在 for 之後加上「worrying you（讓你擔心了）」吧。

例句：
I’m sorry for worrying you. I feel so bad.
讓你擔心了。我感到很抱歉。

2. I feel bad that I made many people worry about me.
「讓你擔心了」

除此之外，也可以用「I feel bad that ～.」這種表達方式，表示「對於～感到很抱歉」的意思。
