1. Feel free to help yourself if you'd like.
如果你願意的話，請隨意享用。

Feel free 的意思是「請隨意」、「不用客氣」。help yourself 的意思是「自己拿來吃」。用「幫助自己」來表達很有趣吧。if 是「如果～的話」的連接詞，所以後面會接主詞加動詞。you'd like 是 you would like 的縮寫，意思是「如果你想要的話」。

2. Feel free to eat if you'd like.
如果你願意的話，請隨意吃。

也可以更簡單地只用 eat 來表達「請吃」，意思就是「請吃」的意思。
