「沒有發現異常」有上述的表達方式。

1. There was nothing wrong.
沒有任何不好的地方。
→ 沒有發現異常。

be nothing + 補語 的意思是「沒有～的東西」。
nothing、something、anything 有一個規則，就是後面要加補充說明的補語。

例如有以下的表達方式。
She has nothing bad.
她沒有什麼不好的地方。
I want to have something cold to drink.
我想要喝點冷的飲料。
I didn't buy anything new in the shop.
我在店裡什麼新東西都沒買。

例句
I had a health checkup, but there was nothing wrong.
我做了健康檢查，但沒有發現異常。

2. There were not any problems.
沒有任何問題。
→ 沒有發現異常。

在否定句中，not any ～ 表示「完全沒有～」的意思。
基本上 not any 用於疑問句或否定句。
（不過 any 也有用在肯定句的例外情況。）

在這個意思下，有時可以用同樣是否定的 not ～at all「完全沒有～」來替換。

I heard that I didn't have health problems at all.
