・What do you want?
・Is there anything you want?

1.「你有想要的東西嗎？」用英文是 "What do you want?"。

例）
Your birthday is coming soon. What do you want? I’ll buy you anything you want.
你的生日快要到了。你有想要的東西嗎？你想要什麼我都會買給你。

2. 更禮貌一點，可以用 "Is there anything you want?" 來表達。

例)
Congratulations on your graduation. Is there anything you want? I’ll buy you some gifts.
恭喜你畢業。你有想要的東西嗎？我會買禮物送給你。
