在商業場合中，因為無法直接向對方提出抗議，所以想說「我感到遺憾」。

感到遺憾的英文說法是 "I find it unfortunate ~" 和 "It is unfortunate〜"。

I find it unfortunate that the decision was made without consulting our team.
我對於沒有徵詢我們團隊意見就做出決定感到遺憾。

It is unfortunate that the quality of the product did not meet our expectations.
產品的品質未能達到我們的期望，令人遺憾。

英文中沒有和「感到遺憾」完全相同語感的表達方式。
上述介紹的英文也比較偏向「覺得可惜」的意思，所以可以用這些來代替。
