在英語中可以用 after considering 或 as a result of discussion 等方式來表達「經過討論後」。

After considering, we will leave Mr. A with the role of leader this time.
（經過討論後，這次會由A先生擔任領導。）

As a result of discussion, we have decided not to participate in the exhibition this year.
（經過討論後，我們決定今年不參加展覽會。）

※順帶一提，result 在商業場合中也常用來表示「成果」、「成績」的意思。
