這種語感，英文其實有很多方式能精準表達。本文會帶你看懂 I feel like、I have a feeling、I’m in the mood、I fancy、It seems to me 這幾個常用說法，還有「直覺」「說不清楚的感覺」這類延伸表達，並搭配實用例句與中文翻譯，幫助你掌握它們之間的差異。

「覺得、似乎」的英文表達
中文說「覺得」或「似乎」，背後其實藏著好幾種不同的語氣——有的是主觀感受，有的是對情境的推測，有的則是一時的心情或慾望。
英文對應的說法主要有這幾個：I feel like、I have a feeling、I’m in the mood、I fancy、It seems to me。
接下來就逐一看看它們的用法。
I feel like
這是表達「覺得、感覺像……」最自然的說法，日常對話裡出現頻率非常高。
先從動詞 feel 本身說起。
feel 可以搭配形容詞，用來描述當下的情緒或身體狀態；如果使用進行式，則更強調此刻的感受。
I feel exhausted after back-to-back meetings all day.
開了一整天的連續會議，我感覺整個人都累垮了。
I’m feeling a little anxious about the job interview tomorrow.
想到明天的面試，我現在有點緊張。
用法一：覺得……、感覺好像……
feel like 有兩種用法。第一種是「覺得……」「感覺好像……」，後面可以接子句或名詞。
I feel like I’ve been here before, but I don’t remember when.
我總覺得我來過這個地方，但想不起來是什麼時候。
I feel like something’s off with this contract. Let me read it again.
我總覺得這份合約哪裡不對，讓我再看一遍。

主詞換成 it 的時候，通常是根據客觀觀察來描述：
It feels like summer already, even though it’s only April.
感覺已經像夏天了，明明才四月而已。
用法二：想做某事、有那個心情
第二種用法是「想做某事」「有那個心情」，後面接名詞或動名詞（V-ing）。這個語氣比 I want 柔和很多，比較接近中文「想一下」「有那個感覺」的語感。
I feel like a bubble tea right now. Want to grab one on the way?
我現在很想喝珍奶，要不要順路去買一杯？
I feel like doing absolutely nothing this weekend.

補充：感官動詞的用法
feel、see、hear、smell 等感官動詞後面如果接受詞，結構不同，意思也會有些差異。
感官動詞＋受詞＋原形動詞 → 感知到整個動作的發生過程
感官動詞＋受詞＋V-ing → 感知到動作進行中的某個片段

I have a feeling 跟 feel like 意思相近，但預感的成分更強，像是「我有種感覺……」「我預感……」。後面可以接子句，或是「about＋名詞」。
I have a feeling this is going to be a long night.
我預感今晚會是漫長的一夜。
I have a feeling he already knows what we’re planning.
我總覺得他早就知道我們在計畫什麼了。
I have a bad feeling about this deal. Something doesn’t add up.
這筆交易我有不好的預感，有什麼地方對不上。
a good feeling 是好預感，a bad feeling 是不好的預感，直接套用就好。
I’m in the mood
I’m in the mood 的意思是「有那個心情」「想做某件事」。後面接 to＋動詞或 for＋名詞。
I’m in the mood to cook something proper tonight instead of ordering in.
今晚很想自己認真煮一頓，不想再叫外送了。
I’m not in the mood to explain myself right now. Can we talk later?
我現在沒心情解釋，可以晚點再說嗎？
I’m in the mood for something spicy. How about Sichuan?
我現在很想吃辣的，川菜怎麼樣？
She’s not in the mood for small talk today. Better give her some space.
她今天不想閒聊，最好讓她靜一靜。
順帶一提，be in a good/bad mood 是「心情好／差」的意思，用法很固定，直接記起來就好。
He’s been in a really good mood since he got that promotion.
他升職之後，心情一直很好。
I fancy
很多人看到 fancy，第一個想到的是「華麗的」或「高級的」。
但在英式英語裡，fancy 經常被當作動詞使用，意思是「想要」、「喜歡」，和 feel like 很接近。
Fancy a walk along the river after lunch?
午餐後要不要去河邊散個步？
I don’t fancy sitting through another three-hour meeting today.
我實在不想再參加另一場三小時的會議了。
He fancied trying the new izakaya that opened near the station.

※ 這個用法在英式英語裡非常自然，美式英語較少用。看英劇的話會很常聽到，認識一下絕對有用。
It seems to me
這個說法比較正式，適合用在表達個人判斷或觀察，語氣接近「在我看來……」「依我的感覺……」。
It seems to me that the team is already stretched too thin to take on more work.
在我看來，這個團隊已經分身乏術，根本沒辦法再接新的工作。
It seems to me that no one actually read the brief before the meeting.
我感覺會議前沒有人真的看過簡報。

I have a gut feeling
gut feeling 是「直覺」，直譯是「腸子的感覺」——也就是那種從身體深處湧出來、說不清楚理由的直覺。I have a gut feeling 比 I have a feeling 更強調本能性的感受，而非基於分析或推理。
I have a gut feeling she’s not going to show up tonight.
我有種直覺她今晚不會來。
He had a gut feeling that something was wrong the moment he walked in.
他一走進去就有種直覺，感覺有什麼事不對勁。
Something tells me
Something tells me 的意思是「不知道為什麼，我就是覺得……」。沒有具體根據，就是有種說不清楚的預感或判斷。語氣自然，日常對話裡很好用。
Something tells me this project is going to take way longer than we planned.
不知道為什麼，我就是覺得這個專案會拖得比預期久很多。
Something tells me he’s not as okay as he says he is.
我總覺得他其實沒有他說的那麼好。
I can’t put my finger on it
這句話的意思是「我說不清楚是哪裡……」「我就是感覺哪裡不對，但說不出來」。用在那種有感覺、但找不到具體原因的情況，非常傳神。
There’s something about this proposal that bothers me. I just can’t put my finger on it.
這份企劃有個地方讓我不太舒服，但我就是說不出來是哪裡。
The ending felt a bit off, but I couldn’t put my finger on exactly why.

Apparently
Apparently 的意思是「看來……」「聽說……」，用於根據外部資訊或觀察得出的推斷，帶有「我不是直接知道，但從種種跡象來看」的語氣。
Apparently the restaurant we wanted to go to is fully booked until next month.
看來我們想去的那家餐廳訂到下個月都滿了。
Apparently he didn’t know about the change in schedule until this morning.
聽說他到今天早上才知道行程有變動。
I get the sense that
I get the sense that 的意思是「我有種感覺……」，語氣比 I feel like 稍微正式一點，因此在職場溝通中也很常見。
I get the sense that the client isn’t fully convinced yet.
我有種感覺客戶還沒有完全被說服。
I get the sense that things between them have been tense for a while.
我感覺他們之間已經緊繃一段時間了。
