中文裡我們習慣說「負責人」或「聯絡窗口」，而在英文裡也並不是只有一個固定說法。不同情境、不同職位，都會用不同單字來表達。
有些說法偏正式。有些更像日常口語。
如果只記得一個單字，反而容易說得不自然。

person responsible
這個說法強調「責任」。通常用在比較正式的情境。
We are looking for the person responsible for this report.

representative
這個字本來是「代表」。
但在公司裡，也常用來指負責窗口。
A company representative will contact you soon.

這個字常見於政府或組織。通常表示有一定職權的人。

staff / personnel
personnel 和 staff 原本有「職員」「員工」的意思，也可以用來表示「負責人」或「相關人員」。不過，相較於前面介紹的說法，語氣上所帶的權限感會比較弱一些。
Our staff will help you with the problem.
我們的工作人員會幫你處理這個問題。
All personnel are currently in a meeting.
所有負責人員目前都在開會。
商務情境中的具體表達
在公司裡，「負責人」通常會直接用職稱來說。這樣會更清楚。
業務：sales representative / salesperson
負責銷售產品或服務的人。
Our sales representative will explain the product.
我們的業務代表會說明產品。
She works as a salesperson at a tech company.
她在科技公司當業務。
客戶負責人：customer representative / account executive / account manager
負責對應顧客或客戶的「客戶負責人」，有幾種不同的說法，例如 customer representative、account executive、account manager 等。
其中，account executive 和 account manager 通常用於具有一定職位的人，例如主管或經理等職級。
另外，account executive 也常被簡稱為 AE。

人資：HR person / HR representative / personnel manager
「人資負責人」可以用 human resources person、human resources representative、personnel officer、personnel manager 等方式來表達。
其中，human resources 常簡稱為 HR，也常見寫作 HR person。
另外，在這些說法中，personnel manager 通常用於職位較高的人，例如部門主管或經理等職級。

招募：recruiter / recruitment staff / recruitment officer
負責招募人才的人。
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn.
一位招募專員在 LinkedIn 聯絡我。
The recruitment officer explained the hiring process.
招募負責人說明了錄取流程。
公關：PR officer / communications manager
公關負責公司對外形象與媒體關係。「公關負責人」也有多種不同的說法，例如 PR officer、press officer、publicity official、PR agent、communications person 等。

商務郵件開頭常用說法
如果寫英文郵件，但不知道對方的名字，可以使用以下兩種常見且正式的開頭：

這是最標準、最常見的寫法，語氣中性且正式，常用於各種正式文件或一般商務往來。

I would like to ask about my order status.

Dear Sir or Madam
這種寫法較偏英式用法，語氣同樣正式，帶有一點傳統感。

感謝你的時間與關注。
如果知道對方的部門，也可以直接寫成
Dear Customer Service 或 Dear Human Resources,，語氣會更自然。
另外，這類開頭後通常會加上逗號，並換行開始正文。
美式俚語的有趣表達
最後分享一個很有趣的說法。
a / the big dog
字面意思是「大狗」。
但在美國口語裡，有時指「真正做決定的人」，可以直譯為「大人物」或「大咖」。
除了有「在社會上很成功的人」這層意思外，也可以用來指「負責人」、「主管」或「掌權者」。
通常帶點幽默感。
I want to talk to the big dog of the company.
我想和公司真正的決策者談談。
Ask the big dog before making the decision.
做決定前先問真正的負責人。
