商品化までのスケジュールを確認していたので、「企画が予定通り進んでいるという仮定の下の話です」と言いたいです。

「～という仮定の下」は英語で「under the assumption that ～」と表現することができます。「assumption」は「仮定 / 前提」という意味です。

例えば「企画が予定通り進んでいると仮定すると、年末までには新商品を発売できます」は、
We can release a new product by the end this year under the assumption that the project is on track.
と言うことができます。

文章を分解するとこのようになります。

release a new product: 新商品を発売する
by the end of this year: 今年の終わりまでに
under the assumption that～: という仮定に基づくと
on track: 順調である

また、assumptionの動詞形assume（仮定する）を使用して「If we can assume that ～」、「もしわれわれがこう仮定して良いなら」、という文章を作ることもできます。
