It looks more expensive than its actual price. とも言い換えれます。 its actualに続く名詞は、その分に合わせて変えて使いましょう。 例えば、年齢よりも若く見える、は looks younger than his/her actual age 実際よりも簡単そうに見える、はlooks easier than its actual difficulty となります。
